1. Introduction

Welcome to Holmes With A View. By booking and staying at our property, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Booking and Payment

  • Reservations: Must be made by an individual 18 years or older.
  • Payment: 50% payment is required at the time of booking. The rest of the reservation amount will be charged 7 days before arrival/.

3. Check-In and Check-Out

  • Check-In: After 3pm
  • Check-Out: By 11am. Late check-out may incur additional fees.
  • Early Check-In/Late Check-Out: Subject to availability and must be arranged in advance.

4. Guest Responsibilities

  • Occupancy: Maximum number of guests is 2 or 4 depending on which Suite is reserved.
  • Conduct: Guests must behave responsibly and respect the property and neighbors. Noise must be kept to a minimum.
  • Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Charges for damage will be billed to the guest.

5. House Rules

  • No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property.
  • No Pets: Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated in the booking.
  • Cleanliness: Please keep the property clean and dispose of trash properly.
  • Amenities: Use amenities as intended and follow any specific instructions provided.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay. Guests are advised to secure their own travel insurance.

7. Privacy

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on our website with the effective date.
